Books, for girl, who are really girl, like romance, and humour?

They don't have much of anything in the way of romance, but Terry Pratchett's Tiffany Aching books are excellent. The titles in the series so far are The Wee Free Men, A Hat Full of Sky, and Wintersmith. They're geared towards younger people, but I'm older than you and I love 'em.
