My BB's didn't start hurting until 7DPO but they are swollen!?

My bb's usually hurt right after I ovulate each month and this month they didn't/ That was the very first sign I got. Then I started getting pulling and twinges and got them everyday and they stopped at 8DPO. My bb's do not hurt like they usually do, they feel huge to me, heavier, and when I look at them they are swollen. My areola's are swollen and larger. My husband and I are so exited...Has anyone else had this happen when they were pg???
