If your Mother is still capable of working and qualified for the job, then she quite likely is a "Qualified Individual with a Disability" and should file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (toll free 1800 669 4000). It is unlawful for an employer to discriminate against a qualified employee who can work, on the basis of their disabling impairment. Also, your mother should give her employer a written request that she be permitted to take frequent rest room breaks.
