What can i do differently to lose a few pounds?
I am 18, 5'5", 131 pounds. I have a little extra belly fat that id like to lose before i move to the beach soon. My goal weight is around 120-125. Lately, I try to run 2 miles every morning. (depending on the temperature, sometimes i only can manage 1 mile). After running i usually eat a banana and a granola bar. Then i usually eat a light snack around 3 (like graham crackers or pretzels) and then something like soup and crackers for dinner. All seems to go well and then night comes and i tend to splurge.. I try to keep my calorie intake to around 1300-1500 and i only drink water. Am i doing everything correctly? I dont seem to be getting too much results, i think possibly because of the nightly splurges at like 10 oclock at night before going to bed at 12 or 1. What can i do differently to avoid these night splurges or what are some healhty alternatives? or any other helpful suggestions for what i may be doing wrong or could do better?
