Is it illegal to post songs from a CD on YouTube?

I have a CD from Busch Gardens in Virginia it from illumiNights which is a summer night event and I wanted to post each song on YouTube but some people say its illegal to do it do to copyright but everyone on youtube posts like rap song and stuff. So can I post these songs?
