Is a search warrant legal if signed by a dist court commissioner instead of Superior CRT judge in WA. state?

My uncles home was recanctly served with a search warrant signed by a cascade district court commissioner because my son, and his girlfriend, went and signed statements against home, {due to demostic issue allready made aware of by my reporting {i did not file a report but informed offer of issue at hand when he came to call} issue between the three of us days prior to raid. My boyfriend and I where the only ones home when the warrant was served, and where promptly taken into custody, even though neither of us have any sort of written legal doentiation, i;e rental agreements signed, at said address, whom is legal owner was, not arrested, god forbid, my boyfriend and I, being the only ones home at time the warrant was served, where promptly booked. there are other things about this warrant that seem fishy!
