Swollen lymph in armpit??? please help?

I waxed my mistakenly 3 weeks ago. They cracked and a watery and sometimes yellowish discharge started coming out for few days. At the same time I felt pain in my right underarm. My doctors put me on antibiotics for 7 days. Now my nipple has healed and pain in underarm has gone but i can still feel a small lump (movable) which doesn't hurt but can be felt. Also when i lift something i can feel slight pain/discomfort. I was wondering if my lymph node has swelled up due to infection it should settle by now...i am 28 years, no family history of any cancers...what could it be...please help...
