I have a really bad back and a sucky mattress any treatments you guys might know if so please respond please??

I can only imagine how sucky our mattress is. But we have a fluffy top we purchased, so our bed is more soft. Sorry, I don't know the name for it. It's a mattress cover. For a queen, we paid probably $50-$60 for the cover. Cheaper than a new mattress.
