I just replaced the harmonic balancer on a 89 Jeep Cherokee and now it won't stay running!!?

Make sure you didn't damage the coolant temp sensor. If you disconnected the battery the engine may need to relearn to idle. If the jeep will stay running while pressing the gas, keep it @ 1500 rpm and slowly back the gas off and right around 700 it should learn and take over.
