I need Medical Advice about my ear!?

Ok so it been going on for about maybe three days inside my right ear there is a bump. I don't think it's a zit or what not but it's swollen whatever it is, it's cutting off my hearing and it's red and VERY soar. when I close my mouth teeth to teeth it hurts a ton! There is no drainage or discharge or what not. Please please PLEASE help if u can. I'll take any advice! i have not been injured or anything. I am a poor college student but am willing to try just about anything. the bump is in my ear...if i were to put my pinkie in there i could feel it. It is closing off my ear! please help
