I started out with itching in the peri area,then noticed some bumps and a g size growth in the vulva.?

This growth is not typically bothersome unless touched, burns if squeezed, but I don't notice any drainage at this time. I realize that only a physician can diagnose this, but just wanted some possible feedback as to what it could possibly be?
