My dog ate a bag o' dental bones. Can this kill her? We're talking about 20 bones.?

My dog is a mischievous rascal who decided to hop up onto the crate I had her dental bones on and ate the entire bag. She's had some tremendous awful farts for the past few days. And her poop is a bloody snot. It's extremely gross. She ate this about three weeks ago. She's a boxer about two years old and she's about 60 pounds. Can this kill her? On the plus side, her breath is minty fresh.
