Questions about cps extended....this sucks?

A case like this will end up with your girlfriend remaining with the foster family or eventually being returned to her parents. Either way, CPS will not allow you to have contact with her. In fact, if CPS believes that her parents are or will allow you to be with her, this will be damaging to their case as you are an adult having an inappropriate relationship with a minor child. You can't get the authorities involved to help solve the problems you don't like but ignore the all the issues that you want left alone.
