Rec'd Summons, payments with summary/consent judgement?

Lawyers usually have a free one-hour consultation, so if I were you I would make an appointment with one or at least talk to one over the phone (talk to a real lawyer). Although it would be better to talk to them in person so you can bring the doent with you. I had a situation where I called a lawyer up (no paper stuff so no need to see in person) and he spent about 45 minutes with me talking about my "issue" for free.
