Want to be home-schooled but need help?

I've been to at least six different schools and I'm only entering 9th grade. I absolutely hate school. I don't mind the work, it's just all the distractions. On top of school drama and all that I have all my family drama. This past year in my math cl I got a c and I usually get a majority of a's and some b's. Every time I think of school my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm going to throw up. School stress plus family stress makes me so damn stressed that I've considered suicide. Like it's bad. I honestly can't take it anymore. And some people may get anti-social if they are home-schooled, but my friends are a priority to me so I would definitely not stop talking or hanging out with them. Plus most of them live close to me. But I have a problem. I would like to be a pediatrician or a nurse when I grow up. I'd rather be a pediatrician, but a nurse is my 2nd choice. Would not going to a high school affect my chances of getting into Duke Medical School? I brought up home-schooling to my grandma once before and she vetoed it. She said who would home-school you, but then I found online home-school and I just haven't figured out how to bring it up or when or anything. Please help.
