What software can i use to make my own music?

I'm interested in becoming a DJ, and i was wondering what are some good programs or software I can use to make my own music? like beats and stuff. I want to make music like Deadmau5,he inspired me to make awesome music! So if you know of any software that I can use to make my own music please tell me! Any answers are appreciated.
