Why have the Jews been expelled from so many countries?

If you look at your own list, it says 109 locations not countries or states. Many of those locations were in within the same jurisdictions. The reasons are a combination of religious bias, jealousy and, perhaps most important, how convenient it has often been for leaders - like Hitler most prominently - to find a convenient scapegoat to blame for one's own shortcomings and distract the populace from real issues. As to your final "question" about Jewish culture's compatibility with Europe's "white" culture - despite the expulsions there have also been countless long periods when Christians and Jews lived side by side without duress.
