Why would a university teacher flirt with me and when I reciprocate his flirtation to some degree he..?

he seemingly tells all his male colleagues about the fact like a 'boys club' and they let me know subsequently through their changed behaviour towards me?? I do really like this man and I do not have any cles with him dictating my grade but but you see then his male colleague who heard about how nuts I went as I was in the thrall of lust at the time while flirting started to come on to me..Do you think he has circulated a reputation of easiness about me to his colleagues?
