How do I talk to my 4 year old about death?

She is a very quick child she understands alot but she is always saying that someone died. Sometimes it is almost morbid. She tells us things like her sister died and she doesn't even have a sister. I don't understand where it comes from because she doesn't watch television. She has no interrest in it.
